Nice watch. Except the battery only last about a day with all features on. Only maybe close to 2 days with majority of the features off. Pretty expansive watch just come with one plastic bands.

I purchased two Galaxy Watch 4 Classic. The 42mm and the 44 mm. The battery life well exceeds the battery life ot the Asus smart watches we had. Many more features are a Plus with this watch as well. We also found there are many compatible watch bands available as well.

Got this as a gift for my birthday and love it. It's just as advertised. It's comfortable and durable. I like all the features and the raised bezel makes for easy navigation. It has a good battery life. Speaker volume could be better for phone calls but not enough to alter rating.

I like the smart watch but having trouble understanding a lot of the features as it came with no information. Geek squad helped me set it up but was not overly helpful in understanding the basics. Learning on my own a little bit at a time.

Had watch for a couple weeks and just didn't care for the firm factor. This was an upgrade from the active 2. Ended up getting the basic Galaxy watch 4 and love the sleekness so much better.

I gave it to my daughter as a birthday gift. She was like "a watch". Now that she loves it! She loves talking on it instead if her phone. She also loves the apps. She is keeping track of her steps. She can't wait to get change it up with new wrist bands.

I absolutely love my watch! I have a small wrist, which is why I didn't go for the bigger one. The white just makes it looks so clean and sweet. The battery also lasts for so long. I charge it for about 20 minutes and will get a 50%, which will last me a whole day.

First time getting a smartwatch, and i like it very much. So much more convenient to get things done while using it. Pretty much keeps both hands free to do other things. Only negative is the volume during a phone call could be louder.

I have never owned a smart watch before, and of course, it was a difficult decision to choose between the various smart watches that are available. I can say I am very impressed with this watch. It surpasses my expectations and more than meets my needs. I am very happy with it.

I had to buy a new band. The band is a small-medium type band. You can purchase a medium-large type on the samsung website or buy a third party option. I chose the latter. Aside from having to buy a new ban it is very satisfactory.

After my Samsung Active 2 died after swimming (lasted 1.5 years), I forked out $350 for this watch. The battery barely lasts 24 hours and must be charged first thing every morning. My active 2 would fully charge in 15-20 minutes. This watch about 40+ minutes until fully charged. I also wear a fitbit for work at the same time & Samsungs steps are usually short by 500 steps or so. Looks good, but that's pretty much it. What a disappointment.

Nothing fancy or flashy but works. First smart watch and took a while to get used to but feel more comfortable with it now. Still trying to learn all it can do. Battery last about a day.

Watch works good most of the time. My issue is with checking heart rate and steps. If you are moving, ie. walking or exercising it does not keep accurate information. I have verified with other device.

I brought it as a Christmas present for my son and he is enjoying it very much. He is a computer/tech guru. He researches everything before he makes a purchase, so this was his choice. It keeps track of his heart rate during his workouts.

At first I didn't like it and then at second I liked it but couldn't go justify the price and then third I decided to keep it :) turning on battery saver mode is extremely helpful at making it last days

I have had this watch for about a month now. I'd say hold off until a more durable model comes out. The rotation dial on the chassis already gets caught up (dust/tiny debris gets in there) and it gets scratched up extremely easily. The glass is fine, but the rest of the watch gets marked up with little effort. I am a lineman during the day and after a month of use, it looks like I've had it for a long time due to how dinged up and marked up it is now. It also freezes up/lags alot and using it as a speaker/microphone for phone calls is almost pointless. Hard to hear someone if you are anywhere except a quiet room. Battery life is very poor too if you want to wear it while you sleep (to monitor your sleep and vitals). I wore it for two weeks while I would sleep, starting with a full battery at bedtime. When I woke up after 6 or 7 hours of sleep, the watch was usually already down to 65% and I still had a full day of work ahead of me. Also, no charging port on the watch, so only the wireless charging works. Not going out of my way to spend more money on a poorly excuted digital watch. Cool concept, but its not entirely ready for full fledge use for someone like me. That being said, this watch is not worth $300. Easily $100, no problem. Seems like a ripoff at the current pricepoint due to what I mentioned above.

I like my new watch. The only reason this is not a 5 is that I wish there were additional band options. The only downside to the watch is the limited number of custom faces it comes with.

Purchased this watch for my husband and he loves it! As far as all the bells and whistles, he hasn’t had a chance to explore them. I like the round face instead of the other brand’s square face.

Coming from Samsung Gear S2, it's a huge improvement. Having wear OS is a plus. Battery life seems to be improved after a software upgrade. If you have a Samsung phone, highly recommended.

Bought as gift for husband who had a Fitbit prior to becoming owner of this Samsung. He is still learning the features of Samsung, enjoys the ability to add different features via the app making the watch custom to his needs.
