Absolutely wonderful watch ! It has so many functions, and is used friendly ! I put on a fancier band to dress it up a little, and I get many compliments on it.

First of all let me start by saying customer service at the North Riverside, IL location is horrible. I waited 45 minutes to get help at a store that was practically empty. There were to service agents on the floor working the Samsung section chatting away about personal stuff and none offered to help. As far as the watch goes I was fooled into thinking I was buying a brand new watch. I paid the price for a brand new watch and when I got it home it was clearly a used watch. There weren't any protective adhesive coverings anywhere on the watch and it was filthy. I attempted to charge the watch but what little charge it had quickly wasted away as it sat on the magnetic charger. I then tried a different charging block with no luck. I tried a third charging block which I use to charge my Samsung ear buds and I was able to start charging the watch. In two and a half hours it only charged to a maximum of 35% and stopped. I pressed the home button on the side to see the settings and the charge instantly fell to 9% and quickly died out within two minutes. I returned the watch for a refund. This is the 3rd Samsung product I have purchased from BEST BUY and I each time it has proven to be used and malfunctioning when I paid for a brand new item. NEVER BUYING FROM THIS STORE AGAIN!

Great watch. Upgraded from the GW3. Very pleased. I get approximately 2 days use before charge. The move from Tizon to Wear OS is great. Both are great platforms.

The wife has been talking on getting me a watch like this and she did. Love all the features it has even for having heart health apps.

I absolutely love the watch. Was given it as a gift, and I haven’t worn my Rolex or Hublot since. If you are a Samsung user then this watch is a must.

Nice watch it could have a better bracelet for the price I would have liked a leather bracelet but it works and is stylish.

Honestly I liked it for a few of the features like breathing exercises and sleep tracking but overall the watch didn’t really live up to the hype imo

So far the little I messed around with the watch I am very happy. See how it holds up to daily wear and tear. I think it should be ok. Fingers Crossed.

awesome watch has withstood quite a bit and it still going strong after about 1 year daily use.

It is very good for people who work in jobs where it gets knocked around. Holds up well. The battery lasts about a day and a half.
