I had some issues with this one not charging. Best buy replaced it for me without any troubles. Total tech is phenomenal to have!

The feature I like best is getting text/phone call notifications. Before this watch, I did not always hear my messages and would miss important calls and texts.

Does not do a good job tracking HR during workouts. When running or hiking, it picks up your cadence over your HR. I had the Galaxy 3 watch and it did a better job picking up HR. For daily use it's a great watch. Looks really nice. I only bought it for exercise and have since switched back to my Galaxy 3 for my workouts. Best watch out there for using as a smart watch to keep your phone out of your hand. If you're buying exclusively for exercise and biometrics, save your money and go with something else. I would give it 5 starts if it worked for exercise. I'm just giving it average since this watch lacks the function I bought it for.

Very nice, but has shortcoming

This watch doesn't capture those steps very well. Not the end of the world, but the Garmin was definitely better if that's important to you.

Note Samsung Health - The Blood Pressure and ECG functions will not work if you do not have a Samsung Cell Phone. But there is a way around it.

I can talk on it without having my cell phone and people say it works and sounds better than my phone. After using my watch all day the battery life is still over 60%.

The Fitbit Ionic I replaced lasted 5 days between charges, even after 3 years. Like the integration with my Samsung Galaxy phone and buds.

Watch drains within hours and Best Buy will not accept a return/replacement with another watch.

Os feels way smoother and overall a cleaner look and experience with improved health monitoring. Would 100% recommend.

The classic is great but the 46mm was just to large for me for use at the gym. Returned and got a smaller 40mm active.

I do not however like the "HOLIDAY" return policy. Just because something is bought during December doesn't always mean it's a gift and should have a longer return time policy.

Also like the 16 gb storage. The only set back with this watch is available watchfaces. Their nothing like tizen. Also i found four i like but i have to download separate app.
