All I get is excuses from them that we're sorry it should be coming soon. Well Several Days has past, still No watch. SMH!!

I thought it was something temporary that may have happened because I was wearing headphones however it's more to it than that. It started right after the 30 day mark so it was too late.

Sent it into Samsung for repair and they are unable to fix it. They are also unable to replace the watch due to limited supply so I am getting a refund from them. Will not be purchasing refurbished from Best Buy again.
