Comparing to Galaxy S3 Frontier that died last summer. 1. Fits perfectly to my more than tinny arm. I can't understand people complaining about it 2. Wristband is soft, flexible, firm grip. Much improvement from sturdy plastic before. 3. Ergonomically the watch has much improved. Have less trouble hitting something ocasionally 4. Battery holds for 48 hours +. Just don't forget to go into sleep mode at nights. Downside 1. Software glitches. Had one reboot and one blackscreen 2. Seems "do not disturb" doesn't work as expected with messages still going to cell and vibrating 3. Watchfaces are not impressive as before, more trouble to search and install.

I bounce back and forth between Android and Apple devices. This current cycle of new phones I purchased a S22 Ultra. Coming from an Apple Watch 6 (which was also nice by the way), I am very pleased with this watch. It is not nearly as heavy and my other Apple watch. I also forgot how much I liked having a round watch over a square one. It does everything I need it to do, and price was nice (got a great deal as a Total Tech member!) It's comfortable to wear all day long and battery life last me about 3 days. Nothing to complain about here!

Highly recommend, excellent watch, with so many functions and ability to make and answer cell phone calls, messages, utilizing medical functions, heartbeat,blood pressure, walking steps, the watch lights up, you can change watch faces, it's very durable, it's nice looking, it's easy to charge. The watch band can be changed with different colors and options.

I got this during 2021 and had it to this year 2024 and I would say it’s one of the best Samsung watches made and it lasts me 2 days through running activities , excercise and it doesn’t take but 2 hours to charge. It’s fast and easy to pair with your Samsung device or android

Love the Samsung Galaxy Watch Classic look. Here are my takes on this watch: Pros: 1. Great features for health functionality 2. Great sleep monitoring 3. Speakers and mic are good for calls Cons: 1. Its 3 generations old 2. Battery is not so great 3. Scratches easily

I decided to upgrade from my Gear S3 Frontier which has served me well. This watch is great and I can tell the positives from the newer model. It's fast and the battery life seems better. I still charge it daily after a full day. This has the rotating bezel which I am used to, plus Best Buy had it for a great price. I couldn't justify paying double the price for the Galaxy 5 Pro.

I've owned 2 prior Samsung watches and i prefer the Samsung ecosystem. There are few that will use all the features of this current generation. I was at first considering the Samsung watch 5 Pro but delighted that i was able to save $200. It does not have class leading battery life so be prepared to charge up after 36 hours. I would purchase again as long as it remains available.

First couple days i was disappointed cause the battery was only lasting about 6-8 hours. Found out it is normal as it is learning ypu usage patterns and adjusts on its own. My battery will now last 3 days on one charge. I used my watch to read and respond to messages. Sometimes will answer the phone if its something quick. The directions for gps is an amazing feature vs my old watch. Lights up and shows you the next turn and the following. Very satisfied. If you are on the fence about it... Just do it.

Best birthday present for the boyfriend. 2 years later and he still wears it daily. Used to its full function hasn't had any issues. Easy to use and navigate.

The 2-star rating is not because the watch is bad, it’s because Samsung took away compatibility with the iPhone. I was content to not have complete iPhone compatibility because I like the round face of the Samsung over the rectangular face of the Apple Watch, and the Samsung still enabled me to view messages, etc. I didn’t have full compatibility but that didn’t bother me. I had an Active 2 series before this one and when I got home and tried to pair it with my iPhone I could not. I read up and found out that Samsung took away compatibility period because of their new Wear OS system. I’m sure android phone owners could easily bash Apple for their watches as well. It sure would be nice if companies could work together and let people choose the best of both worlds so they can build their own “home” and decorate it how they would like to. However, it is not to be. If you want the Samsung watch, you had better get their phone. If you want the Apple Watch, you had better get their phone. Again, I am only giving this rating because I was a previous Samsung owner, not because I tried it for the first time and then had to return it. I bought an Apple Watch now and it has turned me away from Samsung. As I have not used the Active 4 series I cannot tell you how it works - the Active 2 series is great so I am sure the 4 series is great also, just don’t buy it thinking you can interface it with an iPhone.

This watch is great, almost perfdct in every way... except battery life. The watch is beautiful with an beautiful easy to read dial. Setup is simple and the wstch has many great features. This is a great watch if you don't mind charging it every night or every other night, depending on your usage.

I have been a samsung guy for years. I had the S3 and it was amazing still works, but i wanted to upgrade. Since having the S4 it still continues to impress me. It is very sleek and not to bulky. Very easy to sync up to my phone. Quick notifications from phone to watch, easy to use and talk with. The only thing is it seems like the battery doesn't last as long as the previous version.

This watch has all the bells and whistles from a modern smartwatch. The only downside of this watch is to use the ECG or blood pressure on a non-Samsung device is to sideload the app. I just wish this type of business practice didn't exist. It works on non-Samsung devices and why not make it available to all devices. It is a feature hidden if you don't own a Samsung device. If you are willing to sideload the Samsung Health Monitor, this watch is one of the best on the market.

First of all my kids have been after me to get a smart watch, and I said why? got a Samsung Galaxy watch 4 classic. Best decision ever. this watch reminds me when I have been spending too much time on lap top. tells me to get up and move around. keeps track of my sleep time, more things I need to learn and I will. LOVE MY WATCH.

I absolutely love the Samsung brand. I purchased the "Samsung - Galaxy Watch4 Classic Stainless Steel Smartwatch 46mm BT" primarily for the AFIB detector and Blood Pressure (BP) monitoring. Perhaps, my expectations were too high. I didn't realize that the AFIB detector wasn't ongoing - it is something you initiate and it gives a 30-second read of which I question the accuracy. As for the BP feature, you have to have a BP monitor on one arm and then, pair it with the watch. After that the watch supposedly will give you readings. Essentially, I found this feature to be useless and inaccurate. Yes, the watch is cool looking and has many features. Yet, it is extremely heavy, large and I couldn't stand having this thing clunking around and weighing down on my arm. I am a very active person. With the size and weight of the watch, I found it to be very uncomfortable and intolerable after 15-minutes of wearing. I returned. Sorry, Samsung this just wasn't for me.

I was wanting a watch that is comparable to the apple watch but for an android device. This hits all my boxes. I do wish it would use Google pay instead of Samsung pay. I really like that I can use GPS on my phone in the car but it sends the next direction to my watch. My watch buzzes when a turn is coming up, I glance at my watch and it shows the arrow to turn and road name, which allows me to double check where Im going without taking my hands off the wheel or holding my phone.

Great watch. I like the bezel for switching between screens and it is also convenient for answering calls or messages when my phone isn't on me.

This watch is function-packed! I bought it primarily to track my running time/distance/pace, etc., which it does very well! But, all the other features like syncing with Google Maps to remind me of directions while driving are very helpful! I like the rotating bezel to select functions. I highly recommend this watch!
