Watch is great. I think it is a little on the expensive side but an overall great product. Would definitely recommend. Battery life could use some improvements.

Good watch for the most part. The battery is a problem. My wife has to charge it daily. Also you can't unlock all the features without a Samsung phone. Jerk move by Samsung.

Bought it for my dad and he loves it. Easy to use and versatile.

Ordered online same day as the Samsung release and ordered curbside pick up. What a great service, drove up to Best Buy started to pull out my BestBuy app and David was already there to great me. Took me less than 3 minutes to have my new shiny GW4! Everything I had hoped for. I had a Moto 360 2 and glad I waited for this version. The new operating system is great. The battery last s over a day...some complaining on Reddit but based on what this can do w/ the sensors etc, getting over 24 hours is awesome. Wear it overnight and charge while I get ready in the morning. Works awesome! I am a happy camper!

Decided to get a watch so I’m not carrying my phone with me at all times plus love that I can answer through my watch.

The watch works great and was very easy to setup. It matched some of the settings from my old watch too which saved a bit of time

This is a great watch. Not sure why they needed to make the band 20mm instead of the past 22mm. Now i have a ton of bands from Galaxy 3 that won't fit. Biggest complaint is the battery. Didn't think it could get worse than the 3 but it did.

My original Fitbit broke, so this was my upgrade and I'm so glad I went with this one, love the new features and integrations from the phone (call, text, health, etc). I have it on 24/7.

Like with most Samsung products, this was a designed watch, that worked well with no issue at all.

Stylish design paired with unmatchable priductivity have made my watch an essential for my everyday life.

It was truly a great replacement for my galaxy watch. The good thing is the durability, the ring provides good durability and the screen options are great and not loaded with crap apps that you never use. (And have to pay for) I recommend this as a non tech guy who wants to take an extra step, has all the good functions and way more duable than the all screen. It also has great range so if you leave tour phone downstairs it will still work For the price a good deal is right under 200.

Never thought I'd be a smart watch person. This purchase was definitely a smart decision. I always caught myself saying that "it's just a trend, what's the hype all about...?". I use this watch more than my phone. Everthing from the Samsung Health app to reading my emails from work and sending a quick response. Love the look and feel of this watch. It like having 30 watches with the different watch styles to switch back and forth with. Too many features and options to list. Highly recommend this watch.

the watch itself is nice, but the battery is not as good as the galaxy 3. I would say about a half a day less. I used the same. I can see where the screen and features would need for, but one would think batter would be improved. I also wanted to point our the blood pressure feature. The galaxy 3 said the same thing, but never came. I would not hold my breath. if you have the galaxy 3 i will say, do not get impatient as i do not really see any improvements worth the upgrade and trade in was a joke so i kept my watch 3 to give as an xmas present.

5 stars; very accomodating. My favorite feature is the bezel followed by the different tiles and faces you can use.

Purchased this as a gift for a family member. It is their first smart watch and they greatly enjoy it. It did take some time to acclimate to but overall they are pleased.

Bought to replace my previous watch. Does everything I need it to. Restored my backup from my previous watch. This is supposed t be waterproof but don't chance it
