At least when Fitbit messes up royally, they confess and make ammends. Watch4 was recently "bricked" with their latest update, firmware version R8xxXXU1GVI3. Ended up away from a charger and battery drained. Bricked my watch4. Still looking for remedy. Fitbit sent me a full rebate for my Ionic watch, I had bought a fitbit sense with that rebate and wore both the watch4 and Fitbit sense for almost a year, trying to learn to like my watch4. Problem solved. Back to my Fitbit watches. Samsung will have to dig really deep to get me to try their junk watches again.

The battery life isn't great, but it'll easily last a day and a half with all amenities active.

If you do not, then it falls short of their previous models. I has a Version 2 and it worked WONDERFULLY with my Pixel and iPhone. It looked classy. This, with the black on black, looks just ok. It was VERY difficult to pair with my current Pixel and then did not offer all of the expected features. I was disappointed and returned it because I do not have a Samsung phone.

But disappointed in the face glass - 2 days of wearing, have a small chip in the glass... had my Frontier 3 watch for 4 years, glass still perfect. May want to consider getting a screen protector for this watch. Limited apps right now - hope this improves soon, otherwise, not worth the upgrade.
