Have worn it 4 times and now has 2 scratches on the front glass. Best buy will work with you to replace it with a gift card. However i was told i would need to also purchase the protection plan again and pay another $70. That is like paying $140 to get rid of these scratches. Excellent tech on this watch but not scratch resistant.

If you purchased the lte version and get a plan. If you move out of the area of your phone and reception isnt good, your watch will overheat and drain the battery. Dont bother replacing. They all do it. Its pathetic.

The technology specs on paper look great. I purchased the classic lte version 46mm after the unboxing i had multiple updates to do which i thought was great. After all was done i paired the watch to my s22ultra with no problem.now the bad on Bluetooth no issues on LTE the watch overheats within 90 seconds and im not even using it , the watch goes into cool down mode which turns on airplane mode which renders the watch useless. After 2 days of this i did not expect this so i did research and seems quite a few people were having the same issue. So rather than keep a $400 smartwatch that i can only use on when im right next to my phone i returned it to cut my losses. Hopefully it may not affect all but it affected me so ill continue to use my old galaxy watch with out issues.

It shows connected on Bluetooth, but will not connect further, so it cannot continue setup. I was really pleased with my previous Samsung Galaxy watch (until battery didn’t charge anymore, but it had a good run). Don’t waste your time with this one, unless you like frustration on trying to set it up!

It overheated like crazy!!!!! I brought it back first thing in the morning and got the bluetooth style one. I didn't do any reviews, and when I did, I found that the LTE version has a horrible overheating problem. DO NOT GET THE LTE VERSION... I have had the bluetooth one for 6 months, works great!
