Wore this accessory 3 times before it either updated and caused a corruption in OS system or the watch was simply doomed from the start. I got store credit back, $414, and if I wanted to exchange it i would have had to of paid more money because since i last purchase this watch its gone up in price to $429. I was just happy to get out of it with money back. Don't Buy

I was told when I purchased it that it could stand alone and make phone calls and send text messages without a cell phone being in my pocket. The main feature which I was told that it had was that if I fell, it could be programed to call up to three numbers to inform persons I had fallen. I fall often. This was a lie. It is also a lie that the phone can stand alone and make and receive calls. Do a search and you will find many statements that indicate that it can but you cannot find anyone capable of setting it up. Therefore it is a lie.

They kept telling me the same thing like everyone else that the IMEI isn't compatible to their network. So I went to return the Watch, and went to verzion store and purchased one from them directly. I'd thought it would be easy to get from Bestbuy... But just became a Headache. Save your time and go to your carrier to purchase one.

I did and after 4 hours with att I was told to activate I needed a QR code only provided at ATT corp store (which had a 3 hr wait) or they would ship me for 6 dollars. Should have bought from ATT or Samsung. Such a waste
