My messaging app will not sync to the watch, my music acts weird when I try to play it from the watch, and the face is only 40mm, while my watch 3 was 41mm. I'm just not a fan.

Our goal is for our customers to feel like they are having the most ideal experiences while using our products. Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If you want to transfer content between your Samsung smart watch and phone, the two devices must be paired through the Galaxy Wearable app on your phone. You may also need to allow permissions for certain apps. If you are still having some trouble, check out the article titled, "Cannot sync content between phone and Samsung smart watch" for some helpful troubleshooting steps to help you resolve what you have been experiencing with your messages not syncing properly. Without being able to ask you any follow up questions about your music situation, I recommend reaching out to Samsung Support when it is most convenient for you to conduct some troubleshooting on your Galaxy Watch5. Display is very clear, fit is comfortable and non-fatiguing. The purple is pretty accurate in person as it is shown on screens.

And need to have bumpercase for this item hard to find.Battery life needs improvement. The app you down load for this watch runs battery down. Cant log out.

This is my fourth smartwatch and this is the only on I have to charge on a daily basis, and not to mentioned the most expensive one. All the others every three to four days I charge them.b

This watch is not good compared to the apple watch. Janky and the health apps are horrid in comparison.

The only complaint i have is i wish the battery lasted a little longer as i like to be able to track my sleep cycles.

My main problem with Watch 5 is the "narrow" temperature range under which it will run (40F -90F)... it is a sports watch! Many people with exercise/hike outside when the temperature is outside of this range! Additionally, Samsung has added a touch sensitivity option that "supposedly" makes you able to select on screen with "gloves on". That option doesn't even work with my bare fingers... and by the way, why would you need gloves in temperatures above 40F? (the watch will not work below that temperture)... I would advise skipping this product if you intend to do much outdoor recreation....
