So far, I'm underwhelmed by them. The pulseoxemeter is very finicky - so finicky that I've only gotten it to work once after multiple attempts. Yet somehow, it gives me a reading when it is measuring my sleep. However, if it were an accurate reading, I would be dead from lack of oxygen. My old S8 has a pulse ox and it works very well. Not sure what the problem is with this watch. The ECG monitor requires you to have a screen lock, which I don't want to install on my phone. I think the security of my health information should be my choice, not Samsung's. So, since the product fails in the main reason I purchased, I'm giving it a bad review

Short Battery Life

Need to charge daily, so miss data collection when charging. (Never a good time). Also, requires a Samsung charger and it doesn't work with the charger for my Samsung Galaxy SE20. Charger must be Unviversal C type.

My messaging app will not sync to the watch, my music acts weird when I try to play it from the watch, and the face is only 40mm, while my watch 3 was 41mm. I'm just not a fan.

A continued improvement from prior Samsung watch products but theres something missing when you remove the mechanical spinning bezel from the earlier versions of the Samsung watch
