In order to connect and/or stay connected, most Bluetooth devices need to be within 30 feet of the phone or tablet it is paired to. Make sure the devices are close enough; otherwise, they will not connect or remain connected to one another. I'd return it but, im past the 15 day period.

Something is going on with swing watches
