Gets the job done

All of the features are working with one slight minor issue. At times, the watch will automatically start the running exercise when I'm not running. It may be due to the hand motion sensor. For example, when im rocking my baby to sleep, it thinks that I'm running. Other than that, I love the watch.

I hate to say but I was cheated. I tried to reach to customer service but they did nothing and not provided any meaningful solution. That was so embarrassing specifically when you gift someone and they think gifter after using it even though it's not true at all.

It works great but its not as sleek as the active2. While the are the aame size, this one just feels a little bulkier.

As long as you download the wearable app as well as Samsung health, you can get access to all of the features other than ECG. That being said, after getting everything set up, sleeping with the watch, and really appreciating all of its features, Samsung health started force closing anytime it was open longer than a few seconds. I factory reset the watch and uninstalled everything before setting it all back up again and it still didn't solve the problem. Fix your software.
