Samsung Pay is a feature that allows you to pay almost anywhere that accepts a debit, credit, or gift card. Samsung Pay supports Near Field Communication (NFC) to allow quick and secure payment through standard credit card readers. This feature does require you to set it up from Apps by tapping on Samsung Pay then following the prompts to complete the setup.
