Due to not being able to switch phone calls from your phone to watch because it's not LTE. The battery life is okay, it's not the best. It's decent overall.

The wrist band keeps coming off is the only reason for the average review. I'm just not use to constantly keep putting it back on.

Nice smartwatch, gets 2 day battery at best, great for Samsung phones.

I am using pixel 7 pro and this watch is not great with my phone. I don't get notifications to my watch sometimes and connectivity is also not constant.

The watch was good but it often unpaired from the phone on its own and eventually after only 1 year, the screen went out.

Nice, easy to use, and looks nice, but the strap is uncomfortable. Wish it would conform to the wrist better.

It's okay the Galaxy watch 4 was much better. Bugs and crashing on this model hopefully software will make it better.

At this time, the watch works like it's suppose to. Easy to set up and also easy to use. Has many features that I havent't used as of yet. Works great for my purposes. I downloaded a golf app and it works with the watch so far. I actually like the band that it came with. Easy to fit.

Previously has the S3 sport and enjoyed it as long as the battery would take a charge, about 2 years. This one does not have the rotating bezel, and really I have not missed it. Nice selection of apps, hoping to track my golf shots, using the golf shot app that I've used on my android phone over the last.year. Only disappointment is I'm still charging it every day since depending on how I use it, I get 1 and a half to 2 days worth of charge.

The software is a bit slow but overall the watch is great. It is really comfortable and the look is also very awesome.

Bought open box and it was missing charger went back in and they got me someones used charger.

The watch works great and is very user-friendly. I wish the battery lasted longer. I need to charge it about every day an a half. Im sure i can turn off some features to get it to last longer. But it is just getting in to the habit of changing each morning.

Its a good watch but wish i knew it wasnt a watch that i have a choice to put service on, so that sucked

It's a pretty solid watch. I liked downloading different faces. Awesome creation. I returned it because metro pcs couldn't connect it to my metro pcs phone number. I didn't want ti pay an extra $50 per month just to use my watch to make calls.

Lightweight and the screen is bright. A real Upgrade from my samsung watch active I had before

Ordered an open box item in excellent condition from Best Buy. According to their description, "excellent condition" implies it should look and function like new. However, the item I received was in poor shape, with scuffs, scratches, dead pixels, and excessive wear on the band. It appears the previous owner used it extensively before returning it. It's challenging to reconcile this wear with Best Buy's evaluation criteria for "excellent condition."

It’s so much better than the previous one I had I like it and I’m happy with my purchase
