Literally cant live without my galaxy smart watch these days. Convenient for a number of things. Checking and sending quick messages, answering phone calls, changing media or skipping songs. So many applications so i dont always have to pull my phone out of my pocket

Garth was very knowledgeable and understandable about the smart phones and advice how to use them. And further advice on how to mate the Samsung watch we purchased and our G23 Smart phone. We would definitely go back to him for our future Best Buy store purchases.

The design and feel are really great, no issues there, however the software and battery really leave something to be desired. I had an apple watch before and this not nearly as seamless when switching between apps. Even doing something as simple as listening to spotify can be really frustrating with how unresponsive things can be. Now for the battery life. My main reason for buying this specific watch is for the gpx file support and being able to see where I'm going on longer bike rides. I went on one recently around the city, which lasted about 6 hours. I had my gpx file loaded and tracking, while also listening to spotify. The watch died right at the end of my ride, completely losing all my tracked data for that ride. For a watch that touts have one of the best battery lives, it seems a real shame that it can't handle basic function like this for longer than 6 hours. Buyer beware, it can be slow and the battery will die very quickly using basic functions.

This is the best !! This has been such a benefit for monitoring health, staying intouch of email& txt,tracking movements, not to mention time, reminders& timer. Its comfortable as well. This watch DID identify possible AFIB on the ECG & let us take action to have doctor address.

I absolutely love this watch! My wife & kids bought it for me for Father's day! It has been really helpful in helping me to miss less calls or text messages when I step away from my phone. I also like how it tracks my steps and I have so many different watch face options.

Great smartwatch. Screen is responsive and quick. Pairing and setup was easy. The band is very comfortable, more comfortable than any other smart watch I've used. Works great with my Pixel 7 smartphone.

Love this watch it does what I want and it works with my Google pixel pro. Battery last about 1 1/2 - 2 days.

Convert from old school watch to Smart Watch, this watch provides some much more information, especially the health data that is useful to me. I love being able to retrieve my heart rate, and monitor my vitals on demand.

My father in law loves this watch. He’s in his 60s and never really wore a watch. But he has some health concerns, and has a hard time seeing, and the gadgets in the watch plus the bit display makes things very easy on him. He uses it every day.

Watch is operating system is easy to use, End understand. Just switched over from fitbit operating system. I feel this system,Gives more information And more manageable. A college degree is not required to understand the information does watch provide..

Love this watch, battery holds good and watch does everything

The battery does last longer and the display has dramatically improved. Any of the health options barely function. Unable to read or move the watch further up the arm to try again. I’ll keep trying maybe one of these updates will actually make the functions work as intended. I had the active 2 and was hoping for some major improvements. Really not much further along on the health side.
