Best Buy was wonderful and the digital ordering service + pickup was very smooth. It's the product I take issue with. Don't get me wrong, the watch itself does everything it says it does and it works great. But... Samsung decided that they did not need a wall charger for this watch. What is included is a carger you can plug into your phone. I thought the goal here was to reduce electrical waste, not make it so your customers have to now buy an additional cord thus making more waste. Thanks a lot Apple... eerr Samsung. Starting to get you two confused.

Got to exchange it. Too big for my wifes arm. Going to get her a smaller one although she loved this one/

I have had good luck with Samsung electronics products over the past several years. The Galaxy Watch 5 is the best one yet, in my opinion. I have previously owned the original Samsung Galaxy watch, the Gear S3 Frontier watch, and the Galaxy Watch 3. (the Gear S3 Frontier was a previous model series before they started the numbering over aqain) The newest Galaxy watch is the second in the series to switch over to the fully Android compatible Wear OS. I got the BT only version, after having the LTE standalone phone versions of the earlier watches. Unless you really need a second phone line, I wouldn't recommend the LTE version. It was not worth the extra expenditure for me, for the few times I used it. You can still make and receive calls from the Bluetooth version, as long as your watch is connected by BT to your phone. The BT version does not have WiFi, as it is unnecessary while connected to your phone. The health monitoring sensors and features are surprisingly accurate (read the product description and specs if you want more info on these features.
