Open box purchase, great price. although the box said damage, I couldn't find any damage. Associated D. My husband was not ready to dive into technology. I thought this would make his life easier. With a little training , he is so happy he has this watch. He keeps track of his walking on the golf course and business calls. He put it off so long, but wishes he didn’t now that he got used to this watch.

The Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 Pro is meant for outdoor fitness enthusiasts who want more than your normal Samsung watch can provide. It delivers on this promise of a rugged, sporty device, although Garmin converts are unlikely to be swayed as it’s still a true smartwatch rather than a performance tool.

has a great battery , overall I would recommend the watch , but for the price they should include the protected glass and more than one wrist band .

I don't really like the functions of the bezel. Many settings are missing compared to my SW3.

Came from a Gear S3 and an old Moto 360 v2, so I'm used to both Samsung and Android wearables. This does have the best of both worlds, but it is a little quirky. I would say there are no issues with it in particular, but it does have so many useful features that it is easy to be overwhelmed with too much scrolling and too many app options and notifications. This isn't really a problem per se, but it's a double-edged sword. Everything that I have been doing with the watch, though, has been fantastic. The band is quite creative, though you should definitely read the instructions or watch a video before using, because it's not intuitive how the band works initially. Once you set up the band, it's probably the best design I've come across, but it's not something you'd immediately be able to figure out the first time seeing it.

Upgraded from Samsung Galaxy Active 2. I love the new color options. More responsive to wrist movement for time checking. Huge improvement here. Bigger memory and storage space. Battery doesn't last as long as Active 2 but it's expected with all of the additional performance in the same watch sizes.
