The watch works wonderfully! I really enjoy all the features it has. It also has made an impact for when i need to call someone while driving. I can ask the watch to dial someone, and the call goes through my phone effective immediately which is super nice!

I've had this watch a year and put it through a bunch just had to have screen protectors and it still looks and works like brand new

Love this watch and the watch band color and fit! But the Geek Squad, on the the other hand, was not helpful at all in helping me set up the watch and explain the features. Every question I had they had to Google to get the answer.

Great and durable for a busy mail carrier. I love it! Even better that I was able to find an open box product after my last (older version) one broke. I'm not really a fan of this particular band but I can order a replacement.

Samsung mad a great watch. I have seen many of the aople watches and never wanted one. I saw how the Samsung galaxy watch was and made me want to stay with my android system so I bought this: all the apps you would need

My wife is a Vet Tech and needed a watch to replace her broke Active 2. She uses this for the AOD and second hand, so she can get vitals. Great upgrade. She doesn't use this to its full capacity but she loves it. That is all the matters.

Love the watch. Do everything i need it to do. Great for me at work because at times my phone cant be out.

I didnt think id really care for this, but now after a month of wearing it, it does alot ,it tracks my daily routines, i can use it for my music, and if i dont have my phone aroundbi can answer it with the watch

I finally upgraded my mother from the active2 and the watch is easy to use, bigger font selection and a long battery life. She can go almost 2 days without charging it. I love it and the best feature is the fall detection it calls me of she falls.

I love it!! Amazing watch. Easy to use and it synced to my phone quickly. The battery does tend to run out a bit quick but its overall good.

This is my third Samsung Smartwatch, they have all worked great with very little issues. The best buy service at the Richmond, Va Best Buy were amazing and very much customer focused.
