This product was open box and works just fine. Also bought a new one as a gift for someone and it works just as well as this one. Best buy makes sure their products are up to par and im very happy with my purchase. Worth the buy!

Love this watch . I was a Fitbit fan for many years through 4 different devices always being disappointed with the functions not preforming well . This watch does what its supposed to do ! There are so many functions that work right from day one !!

I went from an apple watch 8 to this and I'm blown away. So much better in terms of apps and functions I was hesitant to get it on 2024 since the watch 6 is already out but I have no regrets. Awesome piece it tech.

honestly an amazing watch, I'm always on the go and this has helped a ton. it automatically takes away the unimportant app notifications but if they apply to you you can set them up to see them om the watch! an amazing purchase and family is so impressed my aunt is going to get one

Literally cant live without my galaxy smart watch these days. Convenient for a number of things. Checking and sending quick messages, answering phone calls, changing media or skipping songs. So many applications so i dont always have to pull my phone out of my pocket

Really like my gen5. Don't see a reason to upgrade to 6. Wish more apps like an apple watch.

This is the best !! This has been such a benefit for monitoring health, staying intouch of email& txt,tracking movements, not to mention time, reminders& timer. Its comfortable as well. This watch DID identify possible AFIB on the ECG & let us take action to have doctor address.

I absolutely love this watch! My wife & kids bought it for me for Father's day! It has been really helpful in helping me to miss less calls or text messages when I step away from my phone. I also like how it tracks my steps and I have so many different watch face options.

Love this watch it does what I want and it works with my Google pixel pro. Battery last about 1 1/2 - 2 days.

The battery does last longer and the display has dramatically improved. Any of the health options barely function. Unable to read or move the watch further up the arm to try again. I’ll keep trying maybe one of these updates will actually make the functions work as intended. I had the active 2 and was hoping for some major improvements. Really not much further along on the health side.
