    It was an "excellent Open Box". I was so excited to receive it... but when it arrived it had a scratched screen.. I took it to the store to see how to fix it. They were No nothing can be done but to return it, so I did. So I waisted all my time: waiting, driving to the store for nothing.

    Watch out! (no pun intended) Samsung pushes updates that brick your device and then tell you it's your problem to deal with. Wow, they must think they are the only company in the world that sells watches. I was planning on buying a Fold in the fall but guess who is never getting my money ever again... Yep, Samsung. Samsung customer service nicely tells you to go jump in a lake and if they break your device, it's YOUR problem.
