Battery life has been wonderful. I really like keeping track of my sleep patterns. EKG has also been very helpful too. Keeps me reassured when my heart feels like it's doing a little flippty flop. The strap is also very comfortable around your wrist. So far this watch is wonderful compared to my last watch.
