I bought this watch for the supposed great SO2 and BP information. The SO2 readings do not work 75% of the time, the watch constantly wants you to move the position on your wrist. I have not figured out how to get a BP reading even with the owners manual (not covered). Overall, makes the Garmin watch i replaced look great except for the display quality. Bottom line is DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS WATCH.

Nice but over priced. The rubber on the strap sticks to your skin. In the winter the sensor won't work unless you wet your skin.

Great watch! I previously had a Fitbit and decided to make the switch to a "smart" watch. This is everything I had in the Fitbit and then some. The sunken bezel is great as I don't have to worry about hitting it and causing damage. So many features to setup that it did take some time getting used to.

The wrist band keeps coming off is the only reason for the average review. I'm just not use to constantly keep putting it back on.

I love the watch however the band did not lay long. The glue has given out on the magnet and will easily let go and fall wrist.

At this time, the watch works like it's suppose to. Easy to set up and also easy to use. Has many features that I havent't used as of yet. Works great for my purposes. I downloaded a golf app and it works with the watch so far. I actually like the band that it came with. Easy to fit.

Bought open box and it was missing charger went back in and they got me someones used charger.

The watch works great and is very user-friendly. I wish the battery lasted longer. I need to charge it about every day an a half. Im sure i can turn off some features to get it to last longer. But it is just getting in to the habit of changing each morning.

Its a good watch but wish i knew it wasnt a watch that i have a choice to put service on, so that sucked

Ordered an open box item in excellent condition from Best Buy. According to their description, "excellent condition" implies it should look and function like new. However, the item I received was in poor shape, with scuffs, scratches, dead pixels, and excessive wear on the band. It appears the previous owner used it extensively before returning it. It's challenging to reconcile this wear with Best Buy's evaluation criteria for "excellent condition."

Great watch the only problem I find is that the bracelet part was to small for me and wasnt the original

It's a pretty solid watch. I liked downloading different faces. Awesome creation. I returned it because metro pcs couldn't connect it to my metro pcs phone number. I didn't want ti pay an extra $50 per month just to use my watch to make calls.

I love the watch. I was worried it would be to bulky but I have not had any issues at all. It monitors my sleep patterns and my daily activity level which is what I bought it for. I would highly recommend this watch to anyone.

great watch, battery eaisly lasts 25 hrs, pins are not removable from band.

Galaxy watch 5 pro is definitely an amazing watch. You won't be disappointed. Get you emails and text messages without reaching for your phone. What's even better is you can also answer calls from your watch!!

Everyone in my family had a smartwatch. I wanted one, Went "all out" as I am an android user. Love it. Haven't messed with it too much but it does what I need: tracking walks, workouts, accessory to my phones, etc.

I wish someone at Best Buy would’ve told me that this watch won’t connect to the iPhone. I talked with Samsung tech support for an hour before they finally figured it out. The most recent Samsung watch that will connect to the iPhone is the 3. Besides that the watch band is TRASH. It is very easily damaged (within and hour of unpacking) and the watch slipped off of my wrist.

Clasp comes unhooked alot while im wearing it. Nice watch otherwise.

It's a pretty great watch but the battery life barely makes a second day, usually not
