Great watch, but screen is small. Has great stuffon it.

I liked this watch, but the heart rate reading becomes wildly inaccurate diring exercise, which is the only time that I care about. I tried cleaning it, adjusting it, nothing worked.

It’s very comfortable and I love the band.The battery last at least three days

Oedered Open Box , Exellent Condition. Received a watch packed in unsealed plastic bag, via UPS delivery, dropped on cement floor, by my porch front door. No original packaging, instructions, accessories. The band was not from the model I ordered. When returning to local BB store, customer service rep got defensive, not even accepting BB faulty practices. Im BB customer for about 25 years. Toooo bad.

I purchased the Galaxy 5 Pro on October 11. I also purchased the 2 year Geek Squad extended warranty. The watch started over heating and shutting down on November 2nd. This happened several times and it was obvious that the watch was defective. Best Buys 15 day return policy had lapsed and the manager refused to make an accommodation. Two weeks is not enough time to discover if a product is defective. Other retailers, like Crutchfield, offer a 60 day return policy. Needless to say, I will not purchase another high ticket item from Best Buy because the buyer is forced to assume liability that should be handled by best buy and/or the manufacturer.

I would give this rating negative if possible. I only had the watch around 5 months - Bluetooth stopped working. I sent the watch in for repair, Samsung support says it cannot be fixed (still under warranty). So I asked for a refund, heading into 5 weeks (later) still do not have my refund!! Never buying another crappy Samsung product?!
