When I asked him to help me set it up. There would be a charge, yes, I went to Best Buy on Kendall. They were helpful to have a station here for Samsung. And he helped us greatly. The different of the 2 stores are night and day. We are not experts but we're willing to learn. I want to thank Best Buy of Kendall for the help they have given.

It does lock out some features if you do not have a Samsung phone, which I get, but at the same time think is something they could do without. I would think all features could work with any Android phone, but these companies are more worried about money than customer satisfaction.
