At first, Im thinking to get the watch 4 lte. But decided, since im getting a watch, just get this instead. So I return to store the next day and swap the watch 4 to watch 5 pro lte. Upon returning to store, I was 2 in line of purchasing customer and not on returning line customer with theres no one there. So I move to the returning line, but the cashier that time was a manager and said that is not my line. In short, I already lost my spot on the purchasing side line since after I move over, there are couple customers that move in. So now I have to go all the way at the end of the line which is a waste of my time. I got the watch all right. But the experience with the store is not. And because of that, im giving this a 2 star for customer experience.

The only thing it won't do is work on T-Mobile for true standalone LTE. A Cellular company trying to be as big as them you would expect better.
