I tried to cancel and buy it elsewhere and couldn’t despite being delayed over a week, support couldn’t do anything. Very frictional shopping experience, not recommended.

Only the watch came without a charger. The hotline advised to contact either the nearest Best By store or make a return. I'm in Alaska, I have to fly to the nearest store... Or pay $45 for a return, even though it's not my fault.

I tried to reconnect the watch to my phone and it gave me a reset needed message, I had to do a factory reset after only a few weeks of usage.
