    I purchased this product as open box excellant. I recieved a damaged watch with a frozen button, scratched bezel and no chaging cable. Reguardless I needed the device and tried to activate it on the Verizon network. After over a week of trying I believe the lte radio is damaged as well. Bestbuy total tech was literally no help at all and I will purchase the next watch elsewhere.

    I think this product would be perfect if they added back the bezel, and weirdly I'd like it to have a better speaker so I can play radio out of it and pretend I have a pip boy.

    Upgraded froom the Watch 3 and think the improvements make it a worthwhille expense. It does take some time to learn how too find all the apps.
