My last Galaxy watch lasted 4 years. It finally died and I hated being without it so I went and got this Galaxy watch 6. So far I am enjoying it.

I love my watch, but 2 weeks after having it, my side button stopped working. I called Best Buy, where i purchased it, and the man on the phone said they only fix iphones and offered no solution. I reiterated it was a samsung watch and continued to just say there was nothing they can do. I asked about the one year warranty he told me about when i asked on purchase and he said they have nothing to do with that. I notified Samsung and it was all taken care of. I love my phone, but Best Buy needs much better educated and people friendly staff!
