Our goal is for our customers to feel like they are having the most ideal experiences while using our products. Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If your watch will not pair to a phone, or if it randomly disconnects, restart your watch. You should also make sure the Galaxy wearable app is up to date, but it may be necessary to reset the app and unpair your watch. Check out the article titled, "Samsung smart watch will not connect to a phone" for some simple troubleshooting steps to help you resolve what you have described to be experiencing with your Galaxy Watch6's Bluetooth connectivity. Please ensure your Galaxy Watch6 is paired with a smartphone running Android 10.0 or higher that supports Google Mobile Services, and remember to download third-party apps separately from the Google Play Store. If you're experiencing battery drain or decreased battery life, it could be due to certain apps consuming more power. You can diagnose your watch's battery using the Samsung Members app if your watch is paired with a Samsung phone; a passing test indicates the battery is in good condition. Battery life is less than 24 hours

I had an earlier version of Samsung watch and loved it. This watch has loads of features but the battery life is less than 24 hours. By the time I got it set up the 15 day return window had expired so I am stuck with a 400 watch that I hate.

Very disappointed with Samsung. This is the 6th Galaxy watch instead of increasing battery life, they keep on reducing it.
