Ordered "open box - excellent", and have no complaints. Came in the original packaging with all the original accessories. No visible signs of any wear, and so far after about a month i havent noticed anything wrong with the software, battery, etc. Fully functional watch in perfect condition for a nice big discount - couldnt ask for more or be happier with this purchase.

Great watch for Samsung devices or android.Easy to use and setup.

So far the quality and features are very good. I have found a lot of good used for this handy device. That said there is room for improvement. Some of the Samsung apps could use some feature improvements, such as heart rate notifications durring exercises. Stuff other cheaper options already feature. There also feels like there could and should be more apps availabile generally, like I wish there were more things I could find to do with it, but this is more on developers who may not be prioritizing app dev for a devicetype with a limited market.
