I opened and set up the watch fine. When it got to 45% battery I put it on the charger and checked it about a half hour later and the screen was black and would not turn on. After a couple of hours of trying to get in touch with samsung trch support, youtube videos, and reddit threads... nothing. I have a $250 watch, brand new out of the box, that doesn't work and wont turn on. Absolutely appalled and hugely disappointed. I know the waych is charged/charging because power share from my galaxy confirmed charging... it just won't turn on.....

And for an elderly person its not very user friendly. Lets put it this way if you used the watch for time & alarm fine might get 2 days battery. If you use it watch, alarm, blood pressure, heart scan a-fib you'll be lucky to get 10hrs of use out of it!
