Nice hardware, lousy software.

Owned for 3 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this watch because my brother put me on his phone plane and it came with a Samsung S24 (its free so I'll have it for the next 3 years but the software is an Andoid mess, to put it nicely) most interactions are done with the Wear app. Its a nice looking watch, minimal design, nice screen (easy to read,depending on the watch face, excellent color) band is comfortable. That's where it ends, the software like the phones is buggy, loses settings, lose downloads, is again a mess. A full charge lasts a couple of days depending on use ( I have another smart watch that lasts 13 days). Finding answers to questions is time consuming, Samsungs support pages are often incomlete, often outdated, so its wading through utube videos or Samsung community replise (thanks community) to get answers. Amazing after 14 iterations Android is still a mess. I'll never buy anything from Samsung again.

The Galaxy Watch6 battery can last up to 40 hours so that you have enough power to do everything that you would like to do in your day. However, this all can vary depending on how you use your watch. When you finally need to power up your Watch6, you can quickly charge it back up from 0% to 45% in just 30 minutes! There are several reasons why your Galaxy Watch may be experiencing battery drain or have decreased battery life. For example, certain apps can increase battery consumption. Take a moment to review, "Reduced battery life on your Samsung smart watch" when you have some free time out of your busy schedule to conduct some quick troubleshooting steps to help resolve what you may be experiencing with your watch's battery life. If your current watch band is not as comfortable as you would like, we do offer multiple options of watch bands that you can choose from that may be better suited for you.
