Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If your watch will not pair to a phone, or if it randomly disconnects, restart your watch. You should also make sure the Galaxy wearable app is up to date, but it may be necessary to reset the app and unpair your watch. Check out the article titled, "Samsung smart watch will not connect to a phone" for some simple troubleshooting steps to help you resolve what you have described to be experiencing with your Galaxy Watch6's Bluetooth connectivity. Also, Samsung has had invasive data policies. Lastly, the battery power has requires daily charging if heavy use.
