I called Best Buy, where i purchased it, and the man on the phone said they only fix iphones and offered no solution. I reiterated it was a samsung watch and continued to just say there was nothing they can do. I asked about the one year warranty he told me about when i asked on purchase and he said they have nothing to do with that. I notified Samsung and it was all taken care of. I love my phone, but Best Buy needs much better educated and people friendly staff!

If you wear it for twenty four hours it will be dead. I have to put it on in the morning and take it off as soon as I get home Because in an 8-ten hour day it will go from a hundred percent to thirty percent. If I fall asleep is it on it will most likely be dead before I wake up.
