Thanks for reaching out to us! We love hearing from our valued customers. It looks like you reached out regarding the Galaxy Watch6. Samsung's Bluetooth and LTE smartwatches allow for easy messaging on the go. Users can create, view, and reply to messages using the Messages app without pulling out their Galaxy phone. Quick Messages and responses to declined calls are also supported. However, the watch must be connected to a Galaxy phone unless it is an LTE model with active service. As far as the speaker goes, it's important to check for updates as well as inspect your watch for any water damage. We appreciate your honest feedback and hope to hear more from you in the future. If you have any further concerns or questions, please reach out to us at Support. -Kelvin Samsung

I asked specifically for help in getting set up from the beginning and was told you can pretty much find that on Ytube. Then I physically called for a manual and was told I would be sent one after over an hour trying to download one and it still had not completed.

Hello JenniferA, thank you for finding the time out of your day to share your sentiments with us about your Samsung Galaxy Watch6. We appreciate your critiques as we strive to innovate and improve on our product design and functionality. The advertised Galaxy Watch6 is a Bluetooth version that would require the paired smartphone to be nearby in order for the watch to be fully functional. If you were wanting to leave your smartphone at home or truly anywhere else and still be able to receive your calls, text messages, emails, and such on your watch, you would want an LTE version on this device. LTE versions work on wireless carrier networks to provide service to the watch. If you would like to share any other feedback with us or if you would like any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact Samsung Support at your earliest convenience. Thank you for sharing your honest feedback on the Galaxy Watch6, Dawn. We greatly appreciate hearing from our customers. Regardless of which Watch6 model you choose, you will benefit from enhanced features, including improved sleep and wellness tracking, heart rate notifications, and the largest screen ever in the Galaxy Watch series. Additionally, both models feature the classic rotating bezel design for straightforward and quicker navigation. If the step and heart rate tracking features are not functioning properly, it may be due to a loose watch band or strap, or the need for a software update; a simple reboot may also resolve the issue. To achieve optimal performance, check that the watch fits properly and is clean, reboot the device by pressing and holding both the Home key (Power key) and Back key for 7 seconds until it displays "Rebooting...," and if issues persist, check for software updates on the watch and the Galaxy Wearable app. For further accuracy, refer to our guide "Guide to getting the best results", for tips on getting the best results from your watch. If this continues to be your experience, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at Support. -Kelvin Samsung

Do not buy this watch. I had a Garmin Vivo Active before this watch and it was much more user friendly and the battery lasted at least 3x longer. This watch barely makes it a day. The sleep data in not as deep as the Garmin, i.e. deep sleep, REM, light sleep. Overall a bad experience for the money

Hi Joseph! Thank you for sharing your feedback on the Galaxy Watch6. We’re hate to hear about your experience with the battery life. The Galaxy Watch6 is designed to deliver long-lasting battery performance, with features like optimized power management and fast charging to ensure a smooth, day-long experience. There are several reasons why your Galaxy Watch may be experiencing battery drain or have decreased battery life. For example, certain apps can increase battery consumption. If your watch is paired with a Samsung phone you can use Samsung Members to perform a diagnostic on your watch battery. If it passes the test, you'll know the battery is in good condition. Also, make sure to check and make sure your watch is up to date with the latest software update. From your phone, open the Galaxy Wearable app. Depending on your watch, you will either tap Watch settings or tap SETTINGS tab. Then, tap About watch, and then tap Update watch software. Or, tap About Gear, and then tap Update Gear software. Sometimes apps may have a bug that causes them to use excessive battery, make sure all your apps are up to date for the best performance. If this persists, please contact us at Support so that we can further assist you with this. -Kelvin Samsung
