Very hard to get it to register a one time oxygen level and then the nighttime oxygen is all over the board. Doesn't line up with my oximeter so don't think it is super reliable. It definitely takes time to get the settings figured out. Battery runs down very quickly if you have notification on. Doesn't last for a full 24 hours!!
