Bad design

Taking away the bezel is a mistake and makes it much more vulnerable to damage. I've broken 2 screen protectors in a week as opposed to never in my life before this damaging a screen.

Doesn't Pair With Samsung Galaxy S22

We have done all the troubleshooting possible. We've taken his phone to the AT&T store to make sure the issue wasn't with the phone. We've done a factory reset, and still, the device won't pair with the phone. I've exchanged the watch once so far to see if the watch was defective. That didn't help. At this point, it's past the exchange and return window, and we don't know what to do.

It doesn't stay connected to my phone for long and when it is connected I have difficulty finding and connecting other BlueTooth devices.

There could be a number of reasons why a Bluetooth device may randomly disconnect from your Galaxy phone or tablet. It could be that the device has a low battery, was moved too far away from the Galaxy device, or the Bluetooth function was accidentally turned off. In order to connect, most Bluetooth devices need to be within 30 feet of the phone or tablet. Make sure the devices are close enough; otherwise, they will not connect or stay connected. Galaxy vs. Fitbit

Try to do that with a walker. the Galaxy watch would record around 30 steps per day and my Fitbit records in excess of 1200 steps on an average day and I do the same process with walking every day. It does have an interesting face that is easy to change.

Unavailable to get it to connect due to some "software bug", ontop of this the tech for my protection plan said all that could be done was send it in (week+ timeline) no same day replacement offered. Then was told to exchange but was unable to because there was no other open box and was expected to pay extra for the same watch but new.
