They both had Samsung smartphones so the matchup was a no brainer. They have now had them for almost a month and are extremely satisfied with both the function and quality. I have several Samsung products myself and have been very happy with their products for several years now... ;-j

I paired it with my S24 ultra and then with my Oneplus 12. works like a charm with both.
