Samsung - Make Smaller Smartwatches!

I recently had a heart attack, and I wanted a smartwatch that had an ECG monitor. I have had Samsung phones for years, and wanted a Samsung watch. Unfortunately, the watch was just too big for my small wrist. The watch face is too thick and it was uncomfortable. I loved everything that the watch had to offer. Samsung needs to make a smaller watch, about 38mm, and it needs to be thinner. I really wish I could have kept this watch. I returned it and exchanged it for a FitBit Sense 2. It fits much better but doesn't do everything the Galaxy Watch does.

The battery life is not the best. Have to charge it every day and if you forget you are out of luck because there is no warning. Would be nice to see battery life on screen.
