Not worth the money!

I read the battery life would drain quick for 1st few days, but after 3 weeks my battery life still sucks, barely lasts 20 hrs from 100% to 0%. Unacceptable samsung, fix this or I'll be going back to fitbit.

Customer No Service at its worst!!

I Held for two hours trying to get an issue resolved today and got hung up on. had to push buttons and call multiple numbers to get to customer no service and then got disconnected. So frustrating!!! Makes me not want to shop at Best Buy.
