I bought this watch on an open box discount. It was described as in excellent condition and It was. Had to change the band though it was way too small for my wrist.

Battery Sucks. I like the watch but the battery life is horrible! It doesn't even last 24 hours. If I wear it overnight to track my sleep I'll have to charge it some in the morning while I drink my coffee or it won't make it through the day. Then when I get home we have aquick, light dinner and then go work out. But the watch battery was dead before I was about to go down to work out so I couldn't track my workout. I left it on the charger until I came back from the workout and had to manually log my workout. Also, overnight I wear it at the same snugness every night. Sometimes it measures my blood oxygen sometimes it doesn't. I have a watch face that is animated. That may drain some of the battery. However, my old S3 Frontier had an animated watch face that was more animated than the current one I have on my Watch6 Classic and the battery on my old S3 Frontier lasted for a couple of days. I'm super disappointed in the battery life. I'll change the wat h face and see if that helps though I shouldn't have to do that. With this watch I have to choose, so I want to track my sleep, or my workout - I can't do both unless I set it on the charger twice throughout the day during which time it is not counting my steps! Oh, and the charging cord is too short.

I love the Samsung brand and the Samsung representative did a greay.job of syncing the device to my phone. It's perfect for my needs.

The product works super well, the customer service was meh. Took way too long for someone to come help me out and the person who did was just someone who does inventory. Sweet guy I appreciate his help.

Im so happy they brought back the rotating bezel. I would recommend getting a case if you work in jobs that would require durability.

It is a watch that delivers what it promises. This color I do not like that with any friction or blow will lose the black color, so I recommend buying a protector along with the watch. Battery life can be better

Great features but the battery isnt really one of the pros. Having to charge the watch everyday does get annoying sometimes. Other than that definitely a sturdy watch.
