I'd give this a zero star if could. Absolutely horrible battery life, even with GPS turned off, NFC turned off, and display brightness turned way down. And, be aware, unlike most BB purchases, this one only allows 14 days to return so I'm SOL. True bummer.

Disappointing that it only comes with a s/m band and there is absolutely no indication this is the case until you open the box. Samsung really messed up the rollout on this one. (On the Samsung webpage you can order a silver 43mm with a black m/l badge, but it doesn't give you the option to select a m/l silver band.)

Battery is garbage. There is no reason to have a watch that dies in 3ish days. What is the point of sleep tracking if you can't wear it often enough to track your sleep! Would have rather had less features for a longer battery.

Thanks for reaching out to us, Linda! We see that you reached out to share your feedback on the Galaxy Watch6 Classic. The Galaxy Watch6 Classic is designed to embrace a timeless style, inspired by the iconic design of diving watches. The slim spinning bezel offers more fluid and responsive scrolling for intuitive interaction with the screen, while the sleek stainless steel circular frame elevates the overall look of the watch. If you're experiencing challenges with the watch screen being slow to respond, frozen, or not responding at all, this may be due to outdated software, a third-party app, or the watch's physical condition. Factors such as unclean hands, optional accessories, gloves, and sharp objects can also affect the screen's responsiveness.
To troubleshoot, please follow these steps:
      1. First, charge the watch.
      2. Then force the watch to reboot by pressing and holding both buttons on the watch until the screen displays "Rebooting..." Additionally, ensure that you update the watch software regularly, as software updates include improvements to stability and reliability. Keeping your watch updated will ensure the best performance. If these steps do not resolve the concern, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at Support for further assistance. -Kelvin Samsung

Good day LynnH, thank you for finding the free time out of your busy day to share your thoughts with us about your Samsung Galaxy Watch6 Classic. If the Galaxy Watch6 Classic is too large for you, we do offer the Galaxy Watch6 in 40mm. The smaller display may be better suited to your preferences. In order to connect and/or stay connected, most Bluetooth devices need to be within 30 feet of the phone or tablet it is paired to. Make sure the devices are close enough; otherwise, they will not connect or remain connected. If you would like any further assistance or if you have any questions for us, let us know by contacting Samsung Support at your leisure. We're always more than happy to help you in any way that we can! Thank you for being an unwavering Samsung customer. - Debra Samsung

Not perfect with advice on how to set it up

    Posted .
This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

Have had the watch for almost a week and this is my first smart watch. As stated by the professional reviewers the battery life can be below expectations. Using the watch during the day surprisingly doesn't run down the battery that much and probably would last three days but the sleep analysis function uses about 30 to 40% in a night even though the screen is never on. The watch is constantly analyzing the sleep patterns and oxygen level and these sensors must take a lot of power. It works even if the phone is up and uploads the data when you turn the phone back on. I expected that this phone would measure blood pressure based on YouTube videos even from Samsung but that feature is not approved for US use but is approved in Canada and that is where the BestBuy video came from. That video and the one from Samsung should point out that this feature is not available in the use. The fall detection activation software interface has to be done on the phone and not that watch. I called Samsung support because I couldn't find it and they couldn't figure it out. They said it may show up in a future software update. In reality the software that is on the watch changed the interface so look for it on the phone. Use the Wear app/watch settings/safety and emergency to turn fall detection on. The sleep detection and interaction with Samsung health are wonderful and works much better than having it just on the phone in addition to a lot more functionality some of the data has to viewed on the phone. The app support on the watch is limited and the email has to be done through MS outlook with the app on the watch when you get it. The setup has to be done on the phone. It works well for gmail but I also have a AOL account and that one will only show focused inbox messages and no matter what I do will not show all of them on the watch even though they show up on the phone. My suggestion is that you analyze your sleep for a week and then turn off the watch at night after that unless you need constant sleep analysis for some reason to safe the battery. Although it isn't that annoying to wear the watch while sleeping it is more comfortable without it.

For those who have Samsung phones, these watches make excellent companions. The display is really nice, the activity and sleep tracking is really nice (from the perspective of someone who just tracks steps and sleep). Setup is easy and painless. Integration with the phone is seamless. Battery life is not great (1 day) but charging is super quick.

I have used Fitbit for quite some time. I got used to it. The Samsung is a much better. I need to get used to the different format, but it is superior. That said, the battery life is much shorter (about a day if you turn off the always on versus 3 days) and I need to learn how to manage charging just about every day. It is really not a big problem but you need to remember to do it. Other than the battery life, clearly superior.
