Either samsung or best buy ripped me off!

When it came box said Samsung galaxy 6 clasic model SM-R955U. When i started setting it up and conected it to my phone, my phone said galaxy 4 classic. I thought it was probably a software update issue. After setting it up and doing all the updates i checked the back of the watch and it says SMR890 46 mm. Either samsung or best buy ripped me off! I called customer service 0hone number and she said there was nothing she could do. Poor customer service.

I bought this watch because all the reviews said this was the better watch. I was sold on the battery lasting at least 3 days. I was really excited about the sleep features it has. I charged it up and it lasted less than 24 hours. Charged it again and it was less and less usage time with each charge. It's too much high maintenance for me. I returned it

The Battery Back is poor, and the What's App calling quality and picking calls were very poor. After picking up the call also not able to hear my voice to other persons.

The watch face was too large and made gaps on both sides. Loved the looks other than that. Did not do anything other than try it on. Can't rate it otherwise.

I purchased the LTE version that enables cellular calls, without a Samsung phone nearby. It is necessary to have a Samsung phone to make it work, from my understanding. I am not tech savvy, so have only benefited from read outs for steps, heart rate, and stop watch. Transferring my contact list from the phone was simple. I found the 43mm size of the watch face to be larger than I expected. The OS is by Google, apparently. You can send sound to ear buds. You can get music. You can get the weather simply by touching that icon. I counted 27 apps pre loaded onto the watch. The battery life is 2 days maximum, from my experience. Charging is simple via the magnet with USB-C connection. A charging adaptor was not provided. The technology is truly remarkable.

Currently using it with iPhone 15 Pro (have to use Merge app, but I get notifications, calls, and Apple Health somehow syncs?) and I have had a good experience. Calls/Text also work with LTE, but you have to jump through a few hoops to get it to work. After hoops have been jumped through, I have had terrible battery life. I would put it on in the morning (6-7 am) and it would be dead before 7pm. After changing the Heart rate from continuous to every 10 minutes, the battery life is much better. If you have issues with battery life, play with some of the settings and it will most likely help. Coming from a Gear S3 Frontier, I miss the multiple day battery life, but I'm sure if I change enough settings it will be better. Overall, would recommend. If you have an android phone, definitely recommend.

It only holds charge for about a day and a half. My previous watch would hold for 4 days. Im learning how to use it and all it does still. I really like that it tracks my sleep, i enjoy eaking up and seeing my sleep score.
