Can't blame BestBuy they tried to help me for hours. It's a glitch between this watch and the 23 Ultra that Samsung needs to figure out and fix. Google play service was also killing my battery even though it wouldn't connect

This by far is the best, but it still has bugs. One noticeable one is that the always on shuts off after a few hours. You have to manually wake it up to activate it. Another thing is that the unlock screen is slow to.react when entering your password. Ither than that...its still an upgrade to the past galaxy watches.
