It keeps me informed all day of a the features i set up for myself. I wear it when i sleep to track my sleeping info. I really love this watch and all the features it has.

No charging puck or instructions were included. I can understand the USB cable but the ad clearly states NONessential parts may be missing. The charging puck is very Essential. Not happy about that

Dies and overheat

After wearing the watch a few minutes it informed me that my period is due in three days. (I am a male:). I have had it over one year. The charge does not hold more than a few hours. I need to charge it three times daily. It also misses laps when I use it swimming. According to many people, they recommend Apple watches. Unfortunately I have a Samsung Android phone.

Planned on using this for my kid as a LTE {standalone}... the device ONLY WORKS in Number_Share configuration. Next my kid likes to Scuba dive... watch can only go no deeper than Five Feet.. 5 feet and 5 ATMOSPHERES are two separate things.
