What apps you can and cannot use on the watch, and putting the pin for security, doesn't always work, so I have to reset the watch.

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. The Galaxy Watch7 supports most Google Play Store apps, including Google Maps, Wallet, Gmail, Spotify, and health tracking. You used to leave your analog watch lying around, but that's not a good idea with a Samsung smart watch unless you've set a security lock. With no protection, anyone can access your personal data. But when you set a screen lock, your watch will lock itself after a certain amount of time, and you'll need to enter a PIN or pattern to unlock it. Take a moment to check out, "How to set or reset a security lock on your Samsung Galaxy smart watch" to help resolve what you have described to be experiencing with your device. Im giving a 4 star because of the inaccuracy in some of the health uses. Example: registers 83% spo2 when doc shows 98% at the same time. Thats not even sort of close. But not what i got it for. Band is nice but nothing to write home about however easily changed. I love the different faces it has and many many functions. I do recomme d this greatly just need to improve the health functions to reasonably close.

She finally can find her phone as well as answer calls when she does lose her phone. Great buy. Side note, if you have tattoo sleeves, you need to activate the tattoo sensor. Otherwise watch will not be recognized as being worn, therefore will not work lol
