The specs work pretty well, and the apps work great especially since I like to track all my workouts and appreciate the ease of getting to and organizing them. I would recommend this watch to everyone, even though I know the galaxy 8 watch will be releasing later this year, you won't be missing out if you decide to get this one instead of the latter!

I didn't think I wanted or needed a smart watch as I can do everything that I want to do on my smart cell phone. But, my daughter pointed out that I often leave it sitting on my desk when at work or in the house when I go about running errands. So, it has really come in handy. I am doing better with keeping up with my steps, have learned and am now monitoring my sleep patterns and body composition and I don't miss nearly as many calls, messages or reminders.
