It must be charged daily or even more. I charged it in the late afternoon, and when I woke up in the morning, it was dead. Same story next day. Returning to Best Buy.

Galaxy vs. Apple 11 series

I took over 3 hours to get it to work with her S22 Ultra. After seeing how it worked and operated against my Apple Watch 11 series, there is no way this watch can hold a candle to the ease of use to Apple Watch 11. Would not recommend.

NOT WATER RESISTANT!

After chatting with Samsung customer service, I sent it in for warranty repair. They said they could not fix it without $210 payment due to liquid damage. I had not worn the watch in water, and they would make no exception. Worst costumer service ever. And it was gone so long at Samsung that I now can't return it to Best Buy for a refund. Do not believe the water resistance rating! Their warranty will NOT cover damages when THEIR product fails to meet its own specifications.

Wouldnt sync up with my SAMSUNG phone. The Geek squad spent 4 hours trying to get it to work and they couldnt figure it out. Everything would work but the text notifications and even the cell company said everything was set correct. So we tried a cheaper Samsung watch. That didnt work either. Went to Scheels and bought a Garmin for cheaper and they synced it up BEFORE i bought it and had it working before I left the store in 20 minutes!

My old Samsung Gear s2 lasted almost 2 days. Disappointed.

POOR SERVICE

Ridiculous!!! It was my christmas gift to my daughter!
