As long as they keep the round face I'll stay a loyal customer. My watches always last me several years and I have zero complaints. If you are looking for a smart watch and use Samsung phones buy this

She had a galaxy watch 7 before and it didn't work that well. She says this watch works great. I would recommend this watch to anybody in the market for a smart watch.
